What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet employees, tenants, guests, and vendors, and help direct people to the appropriate office or contact within the location.
• Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Support access control functions by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary access materials when applicable, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity.
• Answer phones, manage front desk inquiries, and complete routine reports, logs, and other administrative tasks related to daily security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
