Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a residential apartment location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activities while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to work with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, common areas, and visitor activity while following property rules and assisting with security-related concerns in a professional manner.
- Support residential operations by communicating with residents and staff, addressing routine issues, and completing required reports, logs, and other assigned security-related duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
