Security Officer Maintenance Warehouse

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a transportation location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will support a professional environment through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values with integrity.

- Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, ticketing areas, gates, baggage areas, employee spaces, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and restricted areas, observe for suspicious behavior or policy violations, and document security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.
- Support access control activities, assist with crowd management during peak travel periods, and provide directions and information while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
