Security Officer Part Time Patrol Rover

Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as an unarmed officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, lobby areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
- Support closing and opening routines as assigned, including observing restricted areas, assisting with incident reporting, and following post orders for unarmed patrol coverage.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Hold a CPR certification preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
