Security Officer Warehouse

As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic transportation location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support travelers and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting activity in accordance with post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, employee access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
- Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with crowd management and passenger flow, and completing detailed reports related to security-related events and observations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- This is a primarily driving post.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
