Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a dynamic tech location, where you will help monitor access, screen visitors and/or staff, and support daily operations with strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will remain visible, help to deter security-related incidents, and contribute to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries entering the location while following established security-related policies and reporting procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Monitor entry points, review identification and credentials, and document unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or screening results according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while helping to deter unauthorized access and support daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
