You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, support access control and incident reporting, and deliver clear, respectful customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial processing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, process-area perimeters, and surrounding grounds to help to identify unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and/or potential hazards; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries per site requirements.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns through appropriate channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, writing detailed reports, and supporting on-site personnel and responding authorities as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
