Security Officer Communications - Clearance Required

As a Security Officer Communications - Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will monitor assigned systems, coordinate communications, document activity, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism and care. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values teamwork, reliability, and integrity while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response and dispatch activities.
- Monitor communication systems, receive and document calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by coordinating radio and/or telephone communications, relaying key details, and supporting timely response efforts.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records while communicating relevant updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
