As a Dispatch Professional supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarm and access control activity, and dispatch response resources as needed. You will help maintain situational awareness, provide professional customer service, and support a controlled environment for personnel and operations. Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management to ensure secure access to facilities.
Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required to maintain safety and security measures within the organization.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets, as these tools are essential for daily operations and communication.
CPR Certification (B205): A valid CPR certification is required to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and clients in emergency situations.
Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess relevant customer service experience to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, alarms, and critical situations using established communication protocols and site procedures.
- Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and electronic systems; document incident details, dispatch actions, and follow-up information accurately.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned business areas and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
