As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to calls for service, document observations, and deliver strong customer service and communication. This post requires an armed guard card/license and offers a team-focused environment where integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation come first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or notifying site leadership when appropriate.
• Control access to the location by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and directing visitors and contractors according to site requirements.
• Complete required reports and logs, including patrol activity, incident documentation, and equipment checks, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be a graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
