As a Security Officer Security Clearance Driving Role Patrol in Liverpool, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help identify potential concerns and report security-related issues.
- Monitor access points and verify entry and/or exit activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted locations.
- Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and communicating professionally with personnel regarding questions, directions, and/or security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
