As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Credential Auditor in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badging, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Using computer or tablet tools, you will support a professional, secure environment while communicating clearly with tenants, guests, and staff. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general building information, and communicate professionally with tenants, property management, and emergency responders.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
- Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems, report unusual activity or maintenance concerns, and assist with helping to deter unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
