Security Officer Visitor Management Desk

As a Security Officer Visitor Management Desk in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. - Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access at the front desk, and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial real estate location.
- Greet visitors, tenants, and vendors, assist with check-in activities, verify credentials as directed, and help to address questions in a professional manner.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Monitor lobby activity, phones, cameras, and entry points from the front desk, document security-related events, and report concerns according to site policies.
- Support daily front desk operations by maintaining visitor logs, issuing access materials when authorized, and helping to deter unauthorized entry through attentive observation and customer interaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
