As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Concierge in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
  • Monitor lobby and front desk activity, verify visitor access, issue passes or credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through courteous screening and observation.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, manage sign-in processes, and provide directions or general assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns within the property.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Document daily activity, visitor information, and unusual events in required logs and reports, and report maintenance, access control, and/or customer service concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
