Security Officer Patrol Driving - Full Time

As a Security Officer Patrol Driving in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transit location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will support daily operations through strong customer service, communication, and teamwork while bringing integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, public access areas, and/or perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Monitor entrances, platforms, waiting areas, and/or other assigned locations for unusual behavior, access concerns, and policy violations, then communicate findings according to post procedures.
- Assist employees, riders, and visitors with directions, general information, and/or support during disruptions, evacuations, or other security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
