As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a busy industrial location, conducting routine rounds and staying highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will control access points, respond to reports, document activity, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors while delivering a customer-focused experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response guidelines as appropriate.
• Help to maintain a visible presence through regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and conduct security-related screening such as verifying identification, logging visitors and vehicles, and directing deliveries to designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and observations of hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to the supervisor and/or client representative.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
