As a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, you will greet visitors, support access control, check credentials, and guide patients and staff while watching for unusual activity. You will monitor cameras and alarms, document incidents, and coordinate with clinical teams to help address security-related concerns with professionalism and empathy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location front desk.
• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff; manage sign-in processes, issue visitor access materials, and direct individuals to appropriate destinations per site guidelines.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and/or cameras from the front desk, reporting suspicious or unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting events per post orders.
• Complete required logs and reports, maintain professional communication with clinical staff and/or administrators, and support shift change briefings to maintain continuity of security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is a hospital post with vaccines.
• This is a hospital post that includes a morgue.
• Proof of a high school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• This is a hospital post where you may be required to restrain individuals.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
