As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will greet team members and drivers, support access control, and screen entrants to help reduce security-related incidents. You will stay highly visible, communicate clearly with site leadership, and document activities with attention to detail. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, and drivers at designated entry points by verifying identification and access authorization, conducting entry screening as required, and directing individuals to the proper check-in process.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by monitoring dock and gate activity, checking incoming and outgoing vehicles for proper documentation, and reporting irregularities per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and assisting with scene control as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including yards, trailer rows, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
