As a Security Officer - Main Lobby Desk in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier residential location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. You will manage access control, monitor activity from the lobby, document incidents, and communicate concerns to the appropriate teams to help support a professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and other security-related protocols at the front desk.
• Monitor and control access to the residential property by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting entries and exits per policy.
• Observe cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other building systems and report unusual activity to the appropriate parties to help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or property management when appropriate.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate clearly during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
