As a Front Desk Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badges, and handle check-ins while supporting security-related procedures. You will stay visible at the entrance, monitor activity, and respond to questions or concerns with calm, professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, vendors, and employees at the front desk by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and assigned security-related responsibilities.
• Control access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in logs, and directing deliveries and/or service providers to the proper receiving areas.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, document incidents and service requests, and communicate shift updates to oncoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
