As an Armed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and reports with clear communication and customer service. This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card and/or license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Carry and maintain assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policy, post orders, and applicable laws and/or licensing requirements.
• Control access at entrances, gates, and/or lobby areas by verifying identification, authorizations, and visitor 목적, and directing individuals to approved areas.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and/or access control systems when assigned, and report irregular conditions for follow-up.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and requesting additional resources when needed.
• Support emergency response activities such as fire alarms, medical incidents, equipment-related events, and/or severe weather procedures in accordance with site instructions.
• Perform patrol checks of doors, windows, gates, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or damage.
• Manage truck and delivery traffic by checking in drivers, confirming load information when authorized, and coordinating with site contacts for staging and routing.
• Complete incident reports, shift logs, and other documentation with clear, timely details, and communicate significant events to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Interact with local law enforcement, fire services, and/or emergency medical responders as directed by post orders and site management.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence while enforcing site policies related to prohibited items, restricted areas, and/or conduct expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
