As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic commercial real estate location. In this role, you will monitor security-related systems, coordinate response activity, manage communications, and help maintain smooth site operations while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring security-related communications, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other location needs to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, radios, phones, and other dispatch systems, documenting activity and reporting unusual conditions, incidents, and critical information to site leadership and/or emergency contacts.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident records, visitor and/or contractor activity reports, and other required documentation to support daily operations within a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, while coordinating field communications and helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
