As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an Aero and Defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls, document observations, and communicate clearly while delivering customer service with a people-first mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures within an aviation and aerospace-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity, while documenting observations according to security-related procedures.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or identification when required, and direct individuals to the proper check-in and screening processes.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate shift activity to leadership and/or incoming officers, and maintain awareness of changing conditions within the assigned post area.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
