As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering standout customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will use a company-approved vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the interior and exterior areas, including parking lots, loading dock areas, and perimeter points, as working conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points for unusual activity; help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in, and/or directing personnel to the proper locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, and/or disruptive behavior; request support from management and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, patrol findings, and incident response actions; communicate relevant updates to client representatives and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
