As a Security Badging Admin - Full Time in San Jose, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.   • GENERAL PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:
  • The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for providing first level of customer support to general Safety and Security inquiries.  Customer service is provided through various levels of communication not limited to phone calls, emails and in person.  In addition, this position is responsible for badge distribution of walk in clients and remote locations.  We are seeking a qualified customer service professional to function as a Client Services Specialist (CSS) at our account in San Jose, California.  The CSS position is designed to maximize the service, response and communication to our clients to ensure their requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.  The CSS must have excellent customer service skills and be able to make appropriate business decisions under various safety and security situations.

  • BASIC REQUIREMENTS A CANDIDATE MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO BE HIRED:
  • Formal Education, Licenses and Certifications Required:

    • Ability to meet and maintain any applicable State licensing or certification requirements

    Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

    • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a direct customer service role
    • Work history to include all of the following:
      • Demonstrated understanding of security operations
      • Ability to act in a decisive manner in emergency situations

    1

    Responsible for ensuring services requested by client employees (including WPR, IT, and HR), contractors and visitors are completed in a timely manner

    2

    Responsible for all badge production (HelpZone requests) employee/vendor badges, temporary/ /service badges, including remote printing at various locations.

    3

    Provides badge support for Cisco intern events, and acquisitions.

    4

    Responsible for maintaining all Client Service office equipment conducting weekly inventory

    Processing shipments of badges and other equipment to other Cisco offices.

    5

    Responsible for side projects assigned by Corporate Security department

    6

    Understand and successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations

    7

    Incoming phone calls, click to chat, service badge activation requests, processing email requests and case creation/management

    8

    Running badge reports, conducting audits and organizing badge related events

    9

    Attend and provide topics for one to one and monthly team meetings.
