As a Security Officer Patrol Partner in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, loading and shipping zones, warehouses, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and help to control access to restricted operational areas.
- Support daily operations by communicating with staff regarding security-related matters, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and shift activity records.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- This is primarily a driving post.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
