As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, confirming access, and managing check-in procedures while maintaining a strong, visible presence. You will monitor activity at the entry area, document incidents and/or requests, and communicate clearly with staff and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access at the reception area by verifying identification, managing sign-in processes, issuing temporary visitor credentials when authorized, and directing guests to the appropriate location.
• Monitor lobby activity and front desk systems, report suspicious behavior or policy violations, and help to deter unauthorized entry through consistent access control practices.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Complete required documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and visitor records, and communicate shift updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED as required by the client.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
