Security Officer Driver Reception

As a Security Officer Driver Reception in Sunnyvale, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by following site-specific procedures, managing access requests, and supporting security-related protocols.
- Greet patients, visitors, staff, and vendors in a professional manner while checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate area.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, document arrivals and departures, and report unusual or concerning behavior to the appropriate contact in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations at the front desk by following post orders and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Answer phones and assist with routine questions, maintain accurate logs and/or reports, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Hospital vaccine requirements apply.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
