Security Officer - Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Three Rivers, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an industrial manufacturing location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting with clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, as you may operate a vehicle to cover large areas and respond to calls for service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or suspicious activity through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related visibility.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or escort processes, and directing deliveries and contractors to appropriate locations.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, patrol observations, and incidents, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoffs to support continuity of security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
