As an Armed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and incidents, document observations, and communicate clearly with site personnel and visiting drivers. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a manufacturing and industrial location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or unsecured access points.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or public emergency services as required by post orders.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, monitoring vehicle and foot traffic, and documenting authorized entries and/or deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and logs, including patrol findings, incident documentation, and shift activity, and communicate pertinent information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card/license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
