Security Officer Driver Badge Administration Job in West Memphis, Arkansas

As a Security Officer Driver Badge Administration in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, support badge access, and maintain a professional presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use technology to document activity. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver through teamwork while demonstrating Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points at an industrial construction location; verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain required access records.
- Control vehicle and delivery access, direct authorized personnel to designated areas, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating with site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, access points, and work areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
