As a Emergency ServiceSecurity Officer in Mangonia Park, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support patients, visitors, and staff with strong communication and customer service, while reporting concerns and following site procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, disorderly conduct, and visitor issues while following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and public areas, help manage visitor flow, and verify authorization for restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate timely updates to site personnel and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is a hospital site that requires vaccines.
• This is a hospital site with a morgue.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• This is a hospital site where restraining individuals may be required..
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
