As a Security Officer Patrol Screening in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy government airport location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness through strong customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will be part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and delivers with teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, assisting with access control practices, directional support, and crowd management during routine operations and elevated activity periods.
- Communicate with Allied Universal leadership, client representatives, and/or public agency personnel regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and other security-related matters observed during patrols.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
