Security Officer Dispatch Swing Shift

As a Security Officer Dispatch in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic financial institution location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help guide timely responses to security-related matters. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, clear communication, and reliability, while bringing an agile, caring, and innovative approach to daily operations with integrity at the center of every interaction.

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
- Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls to identify unusual activity and help support a prompt, calm response to incidents.
- Dispatch appropriate personnel to reported incidents, access control issues, alarms, and/or critical situations while maintaining clear radio, phone, and written communication.
- Document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and/or shift updates in logs and reports with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help coordinate resources for interior and perimeter coverage as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
